Damaged Product:
All product should be inspected upon arrival from the shipping carrier. Damages should be reported to the shipping carrier (UPS or common carrier) immediately upon receipt of the product.

Please ship back the unused portion of the product with a written statement, including name address, phone number, a comment on why you are returning it and a copy of your invoice or packing slip to us with the return shipment.
